Resetting your PRAM on your Mac may speed it up

If your Mac is running slow, resetting your PRAM may help speed it up. Here’s how:

As you boot up your Mac, hold down the following keys: Apple, Option, “P”, and “R”. Hold them down until you hear the second chime, then let go.
