Is CiceroUIWndFrame not allowing you to shut down your computer without you having to manually click “end task”? Well, there is an easy fix for this. <\/p>\n

Here it is:<\/p>\n

Cause:<\/strong> The Speech and Handwriting Recognition features of Microsoft Office XP<\/p>\n

Solution:<\/strong> Uninstall them<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/strong> (for Windows XP)<\/p>\n

  1. START>CONTROL PANEL>Add\/Remove Programs\n<\/li>\n
  2. Select Microsoft Office XP and click the “Change” button\n<\/li>\n
  3. “Add or Remove Features…” should be selected; click NEXT\n<\/li>\n
  4. Click the “+” sign next to “Office Shared Features”\n<\/li>\n
  5. Click the “+” sign next to “Alternative User Input”\n<\/li>\n
  6. Click the disk icon with the down arrow next to “Speech” and select the red X, “Not Available”\n<\/li>\n
  7. Do the same for “Handwriting”\n<\/li>\n
  8. Click the “Update” button at the bottom of the window\n<\/li>\n
  9. After it does its thing, click “Finish” or “Close” or whatever it says to close the window\n<\/li>\n
  10. Done!\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
